Pina Colada Fruit Dip Recipe

- 1 (8 ounce.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 1/2 ounce. instant coconut pudding
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Fresh fruit
Directions
- Combine all but fruit in blender; blend 30 seconds. Chill overnight. Serve with fresh fruit.
