Pay Day Candy Bar Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Yellow cake mix
- 1/3 c. Margarine -- softened
- 1 x Egg
- 3 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 2/3 c. Corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 12 ounce Peanut butter chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. Peanuts (no skins)
Directions
- Mix cake mix, 1/3 c. margarine, and egg till crumbly. Press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over the top and return to oven for 2 min or possibly till marshmallows are puffy. Cook syrup, 1/4 c. margarine, and peanut butter chips till chips are melted. Remove from heat and add in vanilla.
- Stir in Rice Krispies and peanuts. Spoon over marshmallows. Chill for 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Cut into bars.
