Nora Mill Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. NORA MILL whole wheat pc mix
- 2 x Large eggs (3 for richer pancakes)
- 1Â 1/4 c. Buttermilk (lowfat milk is okay)
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly margarine
Directions
- Beat Large eggs in a bowl till well mixed. Add buttermilk (or possibly lowfat milk) and butter. Add in mix and stir till dry ingredients are just moistened; leave the batter a little lumpy. Bake pancakes on warm greased griddle; warm sufficient to make a drop of water dance on the surface before evaporating. Turn just once when pancakes begin to lose their gloss and bubbles are starting to burst.
