No bake YUMMY Strawberry Cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • 1 Keebler Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 (8oz) tub coolwhip
  • 1 (8oz) philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • For topping:
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • OR
  • 1 Can premade strawberry topping (Comstock brand)

Directions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until fluffy.
  2. Fold in cool whip.
  3. Pour into crust and garnish with fresh strawberries or strawberry topping. Refridgerate for 1 hour until firm.

        if you don't want to bake, the other thing I use is the one that has the sour cream pie that it sooo good. you'd think it tasted like sour cream but I was really impressed after I tried mixing the instant vinalla pudding with it and it didn't even taste like sour cream.. have a good one. bob
