No Bake Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x (8.00 ounces) package cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 dsh nutmeg
- 1 c. strawberry slices
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 x 9-inch graham cracker crust
Directions
- 1. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing till well blended.
- 2. Mash 3/4 c. of strawberry slices and stir into cream cheese mix.
- 3. Whip whipping cream with confectioners' sugar till soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mix.
- 4. Fold remaining strawberry slices into cream cheese mix and spoon into crust.
- 5. Chill several hrs.
- This is a yummy and refreshing no bake pie which starts out with a prepared graham cracker crust.
