Directions

  1. Combine dates, raisins & nuts in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the molasses.
  2. Add in peanut butter, stirring till well combined. Stir in 2 tb of the orange juice. Add in sufficient of the remaining orange juice to create a moist mix which can be formed into balls. Roll into 1/2" balls & roll each ball into the shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.
