Directions

  1. Mix together peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and butter in a saucepan.Sprinkle in flour, pour in lowfat milk and stir till mix simmers -- don't allow to boil. When mix begins to thicken, stir in the cheese and remaining ingredients, Simmer on low heat an additional five min or possibly till cheese is fully melted.
  2. Serve with nacho chips.
