Low Sugar Granola Snack / Wisatefair2001 Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. natural sliced almonds
- 1/2 c. dry apricots minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 3350 . In large bowl, combine oats, honey, sesame seeds, zest, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Proportionately spread oat mix in pan. Bake, stirring frequently, till granola is almost dry and lightly toasted, 12 to 15 min. Add in almonds for the last 5 min of baking. Remove from oven. Cold completely, about 30 min. Stir in apricots and raisins. Place in airtight container. Will stay fresh up to 1 week.
