Loganberry Rhubarb Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Loganberry Basalmic Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Rhubarb Wine
- 1/2 c. Salad Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp White Pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or possibly a sealable jar, and blend.
- Best if chilled before using.
