Directions

  1. Cook lima beans according to package directions. Slice up mushrooms, mix with liquid removed lima beans. Saute/fry onion in butter and add in mushrooms, and sliced celery. Cook till tender. Add in lima beans. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of flour over mix. Add in salt & nutmeg. Stir till well blended. Stir in half & half (or possibly cream). Place in serving dish. Garnish with paprika and serve.
