Impossible Chicken Broccoli Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken cooked
- 10 ounce broccoli, frzn liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp thyme savory topping:
- 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. nuts minced
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
- Preparation Time: 0:40
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Layerchicken, broccoli and cheese in greased pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except topping 15 seconds in lender on high or possibly 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate; bake 20 min. Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 15 to 20 min.
- Cold 5 min.
- Topping: Combine ingredients.
