Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium high heat, saute/fry scallions and garlic in oil for one minute, stirring frequently. Stir in next 6 ingredients; cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add in shrimp, stir for 3 or possibly 4 min, or possibly till cook through. Remove from heat. Drain pasta; divide pasta and shrimp sauce. Top with feta cheese.
