  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt and pepper Slivered almonds, optional

Directions

  1. Saute/fry' the mushrooms in the butter for 2-3 min. Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add in the bouillon and cook, stirring, till thickened. Stir in the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add in a few almonds if you like.
  2. Makes about 1 1/4 c..
  3. NOTES : Perfect for serving over hamburgers or possibly meat loaf.
