Glaze For Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. water and gin in equal amounts
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 pch Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 pch nutmeg or possibly cinnamon
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees celcius
- Place the cooked sweet potatoes into a roasting pan. Mix the ingredients together and pour over the sweet potatoes. Cover the potatoes with tin foil and roast in the oven till golden and crispy about 30 to 40 min.
