Fruit Cake With O Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 stk butter/margarine
- 4 c. Flour
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1 x Glass grape jelly
- 1 c. Grape juice
- 2 tsp Allspice
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Nutmeg
- 1 lb Crystallized cherries
- 1 lb Crystallized pineapple
- 1 lb Mixed fruits
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter well. Add in yolks of Large eggs, one at a time. Add in spice, add in jelly, and add in juice. Add in flour plus fruits. Mix in whites of Large eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hrs at 270 degrees F. Can decorate with nuts and fruits if you like.
