Directions

  1. In Dutch oven or possibly large skillet, brown meat in butter or possibly oil over medium heat. Drain off fat. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients, except rice, in a separate container. Pour sauce over meat and bring to a slow boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer about 45 min, or possibly till meat is fork tender. Serve over cooked rice.
