Directions

  1. Save 1 c. cake mix. Mix rest of mix with 1 egg and 1/4 c. butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Mix pumpkin, 3 Large eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, brown sugar and evaporated lowfat milk. Pour over cake fold in pan.
  2. Mix 1/2 c. white sugar with 1/4 c. butter and crumble with 1 c. saved cake mix and nuts. Sprinkle over top of cake and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with Cold Whip.
