Diabetic Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Flour,
- 3 tsp Soda,
- 2 tsp Cinamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg,
- 1 tsp Salt,
- 1 c. Butter,
- 2 tsp Vanilla,
- 2 x Large eggs,
- 1 tsp Liquid Sugar substitute,
- 4 c. Grated apple,
- 1 c. Walnuts,
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients; add in butter, Large eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well. Stir in grated apples and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees, 40-50 min.
