Chinese Sweet And Sour Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce or possibly salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Healthy pinch of MSG
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling. If you with this sauce to be thick, add in some cornstarch mixed with cool water. Cold before serving.
