My favorite camping dish of all. We used to enjoy this on family campouts in Death Valley and Trips with the cousins in Washington.

  • Fritos (TM) Corn Chips
  • 2 cans of classic STAG (TM) Chili
  • grated Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Chopped fresh iceburg lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Diced black olives
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa

Directions

  1. Heat up the canned chili on a campstove.
  2. Put some Fritos corn chips in a bowl, pour hot chili over the top.
  3. Top with cheese lettuce and any other favorite taco toppings.
