  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Non-alum baking pwdr
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly soymilk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 c. Blueberries

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just till lumps disappear. Pour batter onto warm, oiled griddle, turning once.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite sweetener.
