Directions

  1. Cook onion in butter. Mix other ingredients. Add in cooked onion. Shape into small balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Place balls in a bowl. Stir 3 Tbsp. flour into fat left in skillet. Add in 3 c. hot water and 3 beef bouillon cubes, stirring till thickened. Season to taste. Place meatballs in gravy.
