Directions

  1. Cut steak into thin strips. Dust with flour and a dash of pepper, brown meat in butter in large skillet. Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown all lightly. Stir in beef broth. Cover and cook for one hour or possibly till meat is tender. Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream. Cook 5 min. Serve over noodles.
