Bbq Ground Beef For Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 1 x green pepper minced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 x celery stalks minced
- 1 lrg carrot grated
Directions
- Brown meat and drain. Place meat in crockpot and add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
