Banana Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, cut up
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce carton strawberry yogurt
- 1 to 2 T sugar
- Dash of nutmeg
Directions
- In blender container, put together all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium speed 30 to 60 seconds or possibly till smooth. Serve immediately. 2 (1 cup) servings.
