  • 1 x egg white whipped
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. diet margarine (ie, Fleischmann's Fat Free Spread)
  • 1 1/2 c. reduced fat Bisquick
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Prepare skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium till warm. In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, lowfat milk, vanilla, and spread. In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix and baking pwdr. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Ladle in the batter, using 2 ormore Tbsp. per cake. Cook for 2 min, then flip carefully and cook for 2 min more. Repeat with remaining batter.
  2. Serving Ideas : Serve with hot syrup, low-fat sausage, or possibly low-fat bacon.
