  1. Seafood Alternatives: swordfish, steelhead, bluefish Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the fish under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a shallow baking dish and add in the fillets, turning to coat proportionately in the oil.
