Audrey's Tater Tot Casserole (Mom's Sister) Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lb hamburger
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 sm onion salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly cream of chicken
- 1 bag tater tots
Directions
- Mix all together and pat in the bottom of a greased pan. Pour: 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly cream of chicken soup over top of meat.
- Top: with tater tots and bake at 350 F. for about 45 mins. When I use 6 lbs. of grnd beef, I use both cans of soup over the top.
