Great GF flour mix to use in recipes you are converting to GF.
Use 125 gr per each cup called for in recipes.
I have had great results using this mix.

Ingredients
- 226 gr superfine brown rice flour
- 113 gr potato STARCH
- 38 gr tapioca starch
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in a airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
