7 Grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. crumbled 7-grain cereal flakes
- 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/8 c. dark molasses
- 1 c. hot water - (100 to 105 deg) plus
- 3 Tbsp. hot water and also
- 2 tsp hot water
Directions
- Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "Whole Wheat" bread setting; crust color light.
- This recipe yields 1 loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
