Tex-Mex Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 - 10 oz. can Rotel, drained
  • 1 15 oz. can chili without beans
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 3 scallions, chopped, whites and some green parts

Tex-Mex Chili Cheese Dip

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 8-10
 

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon, remove, saute onions.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepot over medium heat, stir until cheese melts.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos
