- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup olives, sliced
- ½ cup green chilies, diced (optional)

Time: 1 minutes prep, 23 minutes cook

Directions
- Mix all but the cheese and sour cream with one cup of water, then heat with 950 watts, covered, for twenty minutes. Stir, then let stand.
- Mix the cheese and sour cream, cover, then heat for three minutes at 650 watts.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the rice mix and serve.
