Directions

  1. Peel hard boiled Large eggs and soak slices of bread in lowfat milk. Squeeze out excess lowfat milk and put bread slices and meat together in bowl and add in spices to taste. Mix together well with hands.
  2. Cut out two separate sections of the egg carton, and lightly oil inside. Styrofoam egg cartons seem to work best. Put small amount of meat mix to coat inside of carton piece, making a depression and place egg inside. Coat next inside section with meat mix again and put on top of egg. Squeeze together and then carefully remove carton pcs from meat mix and egg and hold in hands, and then roll to make sure egg is covered proportionately by meat mix, like a meat ball.
  3. Fry in skillet on low to medium heat, turning, rolling gently after meat has fried for awhile to "set", otherwise meat will dislodge from egg. A little beer or possibly other liquid can be added to the skillet for moisture.
  4. Serve hot or possibly cool and enjoy! When cut in half, it looks like a "bulls eye" inside or possibly a geode.
  5. Spices used or possibly ingredients in meat can be varied according to taste.
