- Spaghetti – 225 gms, boiled as per packet instructions until al dente
- Peanut Butter – 2 tblsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 1/4 tblsp
- Light Brown Sugar – 2 1/4 tblsp
- Sesame Oil – 2 tblsp
- Garlic – 1, minced
- Ginger – 1/2 tsp, minced
- Red Chilli Flakes (or Red Chilli Powder) – 1/4 tsp
- Spring Onions – 2 to 3, finely sliced + some for garnish
- Optional Ingredients:
- Capsicum – 1 tblsp, chopped
- Carrots – 3 tsp, sliced
- Broccoli – 2 to 3 tsp
