  • 2 T olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 pd large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 T chopped oregano
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 C dry white wine

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over med. heat. Add garlic and cook till soft but not browned. Add shrimp,herbs, red pepper flakes and stir often.
  2. Raise heat to medium-high and add wine. Continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
