Port Wine Cheese Log Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2-4 tbsp. light cream
- 1/2 ounce. port wine
- Minced nuts
Directions
- In food processor, place cheese and cream. Blend. Add in port wine. Blend. Shape into ball or possibly log, roll in nuts. Chill.
