Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 can Cocktail weiners, 4 wieners
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms or possibly 1 can, liquid removed
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
- 3 x Onions
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 c. Beef stock
- 1/2 c. Cereal cream
- 1/2 sm Can tomato paste
- 1 can Mandarin orange pcs

Pork Cream Goulash
Servings: 4
Directions
- Brown onions in margerine. Cut meat in chunks 1/2"thick. Coat meat in flour and brown in pot. Add in stock, tomato paste and cream. Bring to boil then simmer on low heat for 15 min. Add in mushrooms and simmer for 10 min.
- Add in salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add in cocktail wieners(or possibly smokies cut in pcs). Add in 1 can mandarin orange pcs. Serve over rice.
