Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 3/4 c. Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margerine
- 3/4 c. Plain sliced canned apples
- Cut up
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dough enhancer
- 3 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast

Pete's Apple Pie Bread

Directions
- Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan. You may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for extra kneading. I made some changes to this recipe. I used regular salt. I used oil instead of butter. I used better for bread flour. I used 2 teaspoon gluten. I used 1/8 teaspoon lecithin. I did not use dough enhancer.
