Meat Balls {60+} Recipe
Mix all but Hamburger & Italian Bread Crumbs in a food processor so it is blended completely! Then add to Hamburger and Italian bread crumbs.
Use a Small Cookie scoop or Larger Icecream scoop to form balls.
Cook on sprayed cookie trays at 350 Deg. till just done. Don't over cook!
Ingredients
- 16 lbs Hamburger
- 1/2 Bundle of Parcley
- 1/2 Bundle of Basil
- 1 small Bundle of Corriander
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Doz. Eggs
- 1 15oz Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
- If you have a meat mixer if not have to use gloves and mix completely.
