Marinated Cucumber And Onions Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
- 1/2 c. Old Dutch salad dressing
- 1 tomato, cut up (opt.)
Directions
- Peel and slice cucumber, add in onion, tomato, Mrs. Dash and salad dressing. This is better when made a few hrs ahead to marinate.
