Lactose Free Chocolate Cake (Funny Cake) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 c. Cool water
Directions
- Mix well. Spread in greased and floured 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, about 30 min.
- ** Double recipe for 13 x 9 pan or possibly Bundt pan.
