- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper Crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- Fold in order given, whisking very well after each addition. Chill.
