  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Healthy pinch dry mustard
  • Freshly grnd pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Beat half the cheese with fork in small bowl till creamy. Stir in yogurt, garlic, mustard and pepper. Stir in remaining cheese. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 1 1/3 cups. 16 calories per tbsp.
