Jamaican Curry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Veg. oil
- 1 lrg Onion, sliced
- 1/2 x Bell pepper, diced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Baby tomatoes
- 3 stalk green onions, minced Thyme to taste Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dsh All-purpose seasoning
- 1 dsh Curry pwdr
- 1 whl chicken, cut in small pcs
Directions
- 1. Heat oil in a saucepan and add in garlic.
- 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and add in chicken.
- 3. Once garlic is heated, add in chicken mix to saucepan. Cover and steam till cooked.
