Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. buttermilk, dry
- 1 1/8 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions
- Combine buttermilk pwdr and water together and place in bread pan along with remaining ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Select regular baking cycle, light crust setting, and start machine.
- Makes a 11/2 lb. loaf.
