Ingredients
- 2 x Golden brown Delicious apples peeled, cored, and cut in eights
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 lb guava quartered
- 3 piece sugarcane - (3" to 4" ea) each cut in strips
- 1/2 c. prunes
- 1/2 lb crabapples peeled, cored
- 2 c. diced (1") pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 piece Mexican cinnamon - (2" long)
- 8 c. water Tequila as needed

Directions
- In a large pot, place the fruit, sugar, cinnamon, and 8 c. of water. Bring to a boil and lower heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve warm in a mug which has a shot of tequila in it.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
