Hershey's Triple Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour Pillsbury's best
  • 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet Chocolate chips
  • 1 x Hershey's kisses or possibly Kisses with almonds lowfat milk Chocolate/9 ounce

Hershey's Triple Chocolate Cookies

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. In mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla till blended. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add in to butter mix, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape dough into 1" balls.
  2. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-11 mins. Cold 1 minutes.; remove to wire rack. Press Kisses in center of each cookie.
  3. Makes about 4 doz.
