Guacamole With Cottage Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Avocado
- 2/3 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Minced scallions
- 3/4 tsp Jalapeno, chopped
- 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounce Baked tortilla chips
Directions
- Makes 1 1/2 c..
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree till smooth.
- The flavor will increase in intensity as it sits.
