Directions

  1. In a small ramekin add black peppercorns, smoked paprika, minced garlic (I use from a jar), stir well
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 45 seconds, pour over Tilapia fillets in a non stick baking dish
  3. Add pepper-garlic-paprika mix over the buttered Tilapia fillets
  4. Place into a 375 F hot oven covered with foil and bake 12 minutes
