Easy Spinach And Artichoke Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2/3 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook spinach, drain well. Quarter artichoke hearts, combine all ingredients. Bake in a 2 qt casserole 30 min at 350 degrees. Very good!
